Your progress, every 90 days
Every 90 days, receive a personal progress report covering art, music, martial arts, gymnastics, and academics, with updates in the areas you participate in.
Each report records your goals, results, instructors, attendance, and a demonstrated character practice. It finishes with “What I’m proud of,” “What my family has noticed,” and “What I’ll share at the quarterly expo.” Areas you are not taking are marked “Not currently participating.”
Quarterly expos offer opportunities to share skills, performances, and creative work. Graduations reflect readiness and completed requirements.

The Ascension Expos
Every 12 weeks, training becomes something a student can share.
Each participant chooses a goal, practices toward it, receives a progress report, and prepares one Expo Moment—a skill, routine, performance, artwork, academic project, or personal achievement. Families and community members come together to recognize both the result and the person becoming capable of it.

Ascension Flex Week
Flex Week helps a student stay on track during an eligible twelve-week course when school, sports, travel, illness, or family life interrupts the regular class week.
Instead of simply losing that week, the family contacts Team Ascension and we approve one appropriate way for the student to keep participating.
Contact Team Ascension before the missed class whenever possible and explain which week the student cannot attend.
Depending on the class, space, and the student’s goal, we may approve a comparable class, an online activity, or a structured home challenge.
Finish the approved option during the agreed time. We record the participation as part of the student’s work toward the same 90-day goal.
Example
A student normally attends Tuesday gymnastics, but the family will be traveling. The parent contacts Team Ascension in advance. Staff may approve a comparable class, assign an online activity, or provide a home challenge. After the student completes that approved option, the work remains part of the same 90-day progress period.
What Flex Week does not mean
An alternate class is not guaranteed; space and program fit must be confirmed. Flex Week is not unlimited instruction, childcare attendance, a cash credit, or a permanently banked makeup class.
